::|:: Wall, Floor and Surface Decals::|::

Decals adhere to smooth, clean, flat surfaces; walls, mirrors, doors, etc.

Decals are easily removable, but not reposition able, when you are ready to change your decor.

Decals are professionally die-cut using high-grade vinyl.

Custom sizes and designs are also available... just contact us for addition information.

Production Time for Orders:

**ACRYLIC SHIELDS : **NOTICE** Due to a nationwide shortage of acrylic, our shields do have a current wait time of 1 - 2 weeks unless a rush is requested

Decals: Please allow 10 - 16 business days (not including holidays or weekends) for decals as we make each item to order, unless otherwise noted or discussed.

Laser Cut Items (Wooden monograms, table numbers, cake toppers, wooden signs, etc): Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for production.

Custom requests can take up to 4 - 6 weeks. However, please note that turnaround times vary based on our production schedule. Contact us to confirm availability.

**Rush services are available at an additional cost**

Delivery Time: Orders are shipped either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. If you would like an item shipped otherwise, please contact us to discuss options.

We ship to your ship to address so please make sure it is correct as we not responsible for items shipped to addresses listed incorrectly.

We do ship some of our product line internationally. Please be sure to contact us to find out the shipping rate and availability.

All items are custom-made to request, returns / refunds are not accepted so please be sure of your color and design options before making the request. If you have any questions regarding the size or any other detail, please ask PRIOR TO order. Exchanges / credits are NOT offered.

Support:
Items damaged DURING transit must be reported to Ten23 Designs within 24 hours. Photos of the product AND packaging must be provided to begin a loss / damage claim. If possible, items will be replaced. If Ten23 Designs cannot replace the item, a refund or credit will be provided.
